Manuel Luna


Manuel J. Luna Sued is a Communications and Public Relations businessman from the Dominican Republic who is currently the president of the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and also president of the Dominican Federation of Chambers of Commerce (FEDOCAMARAS).

Luna is a current member of the Board of Directors of the National Council of Private Enterprise (CONEP) and in the past he was a member of the Councils of the Dominican Port Authority, Dominican Agribusiness Board (JAD), National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (JAD), among other business organizations.

Luna is closely linked to the sports world of the Dominican Republic where he serves as Executive Director of Creando Sueños Olímpicos (CRESO), a non-profit organization that invests in high-performance dominican athletes. He is one of the founders of the Top 10 Baseball Academy. He was president of the Dominican Football Federation. He is Coordinator of the Marketing Commission of Centro Caribe Sports; and is an advisory member of the Council of PROBEISBOL.

He worked as a news anchor and journalist for five years at CDN Cadena de Noticias and Diario Libre. He was in charge of promoting communication of the University INTEC and was the corporate director of communications for INICIA from 2010 to 2016, when he founded his public relations firm: TIMM.

Manuel Luna was born in Santiago in 1984, he has a degree in Social Communication with doctorate studies in communication at the International University of Catalonia, a Master in Corporate Communication at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and a Postgraduate Degree in Chief Communications Officer at ESADE.
